The ULS is an association of lawyers established under the Uganda Law Society Act. It is charged with ensuring high levels of professionalism among lawyers in Uganda. With DGF funding, ULS runs two projects i.e. the Pro bono and the Legal Aid Projects.
The Mission statement is: To improve the professional standards of our members and to promote respect for Human Rights, the Rule of Law and Access to Justice in Uganda.
The Uganda Law Society was formed by an act of Parliament in 1956. The ULS is governed by an executive council with representatives from each of the four regions of Uganda. It is a member of the East Africa Law Society, which also includes member countries Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.
The Uganda law society contracted us in march 2018 to cover up their conference live with "SIRDCONFERENCE2018" as the conference Hashtag on two social media platforms i.e. Facebook and twitter. we created content and design bespoke banners for both platforms.
